The Phoenician Scheme is a 2025 espionage black comedy film directed by Wes Anderson, who co-wrote the screenplay with Roman Coppola. The story centers on Zsa-zsa Korda, a wealthy European magnate involved in armaments and aviation, who appoints his only daughter, a nun, as the sole heir to his estate. As Korda starts a new enterprise, they become targets of scheming tycoons, foreign terrorists, and determined assassins. The film is about family dynamics, legacy, and the complexities of a family business. ​
