A 10-year-old boy from an idyllic future accidentally time-travels back to the year 2075 after falling through the sky in a rainbow suit. There he meets Iris, a young girl navigating a world in environmental crisis, and together with her robot-caretaker Mikki, they attempt to help Arco return home.
