A family lives in hiding in Roman-era Egypt. Their son, known only as “The Boy,” begins questioning his guardian, “The Carpenter,” after encountering a mysterious child. As he discovers strange powers, he and his family become targets of horrors both natural and divine. It’s a horror take inspired by the apocryphal Infancy Gospel of Thomas.
