How to Prepare Colorful Beef Kebabs on Skewers
Marinate the Beef:
Begin by marinating the beef. Mix up some olive oil with soy sauce and lemon juice. Add spices such as black pepper, paprika and cumin for taste.
Don’t forget the pepper and salt too!
Toss in the beef sirloin cubes making sure each piece gets coated evenly in the mix before popping it in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes to let those flavors really soak into the meat.
Let’s Prepare the Kebabs
After letting the beef soak in the marinade and preparing the vegetables; assembling the skewers is up next!
Slide the beef strips alongside sliced peppers and onions onto skewers while throwing in cherry tomatoes for a touch, in between layers for a visually pleasing presentation.
