Ingredients
1lbbeef sirloincut into 1-inch cubes
1red bell peppercut into 1-inch pieces
1yellow bell peppercut into 1-inch pieces
1green bell peppercut into 1-inch pieces
1large red onioncut into wedges
3tablespoons olive oil
2tablespoons soy sauce
1tablespoon lemon juice
2garlic cloves, minced
1teaspoon paprika
1teaspoon ground cumin
1teaspoon black pepper
1/2teaspoon salt
Instructions
Marinate the Beef:
In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, cumin, black pepper, and salt.
Add the beef cubes to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are coated.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to infuse the meat.
Prepare the Vegetables:
While the beef marinates, cut the red, yellow, and green bell peppers into 1-inch pieces.
Peel and cut the onion into wedges.
Set aside the cherry tomatoes.
Assemble the Kebabs:
Thread the marinated beef cubes, bell peppers, onion wedges, and cherry tomatoes alternately onto the skewers.
Leave some space between the pieces for even cooking.
Cooking Methods:
Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the kebabs for about 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked and the vegetables are charred.
Oven (Broil): Preheat the broiler. Place the skewers on a baking sheet and broil for 8–10 minutes, turning once, until browned and slightly charred.
Oven (Bake): Preheat to 400°F (200°C). Bake the kebabs for 15–20 minutes, turning halfway, until the beef is cooked and vegetables are caramelized.
Stovetop (Grill Pan/Skillet): Preheat the pan over medium-high heat and lightly oil it. Cook the kebabs for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally.
Air Fryer: Preheat to 400°F (200°C). Cook the kebabs for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Serve:
Let the kebabs rest for a few minutes after cooking.
