Prepare the Skewers:

  • If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 10-15 minutes to prevent burning.
  • Thread the shrimp onto the skewers, about 4-5 shrimp per skewer.

Cooking Methods:

  • Grilling: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the shrimp skewers for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
  • Stovetop: Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until done.
  • Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).Place the shrimp skewers on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper. Bake the skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning once halfway through, until the shrimp turn pink and opaque. You can finish by broiling them for an extra 1-2 minutes for a slightly charred effect.
