Kings of Sin Series by Ana Huang: Reading Order

Each Kings of Sin book follows a different couple and can be read as a standalone romance. However, the characters and events are connected, so the series is best read in publication order.

Book 1: King of Wrath (2022)

Dante Russo is a powerful billionaire who values control. He has no plans to marry until Vivian Lau’s father uses blackmail to force him into an engagement. Vivian is a jewelry heiress whose family wants greater access to New York’s high society. She agrees to marry Dante out of loyalty to her family, even though he makes it clear that he does not want the arrangement.

How Is Kings of Sin Connected to the Twisted Series?

The Kings of Sin and Twisted books take place within the same fictional world. Characters from the Twisted series appear in the Kings of Sin books, and several characters have personal or business connections across both series.

However, Kings of Sin follows a new group of main couples. Readers do not need to complete the Twisted series first, although reading it may make some character appearances and references more meaningful.

Does the Kings of Sin Series Have a Screen Adaptation?

As of September 2026, a film or television adaptation of the Kings of Sin series has not been announced.

Ana Huang’s Twisted series is being developed as a Netflix television series, while her Gods of the Game books are being adapted as films by Amazon MGM Studios. These are separate projects and do not currently include the Kings of Sin books.
